How fast will I receive my course?
If our team is online: about 15 minutes. Otherwise, delivery is within 1–8 hours maximum.
How do I receive the files?
We send a private Google Drive link to your email. On request, we can deliver via pCloud or Mega.
Do links expire?
Links are intended for long-term access. If you ever have trouble, email us and we’ll refresh your link quickly.
Are there any extra fees or taxes?
No. What you see is what you pay. Digital products—no shipping cost.
Content & Quality
What formats do you provide?
MP4/TS video, MP3 audio, and PDF/PPTX/DOCX documents—always in max quality.
Is everything easy to use on my device?
Yes. Files are easily playable and usable across devices.
Do you include certificates?
No. We provide educational content (videos, audio, PDFs) for study.
Can you deliver through my own cloud account?
If needed, provide a pCloud/Mega account with enough space, and we’ll upload there on request.
Requests & Support
I can’t find a course. Can you source it?
Absolutely. Send the title/publisher and we’ll locate it at the best price.
