2) How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

  4. Your contact information (name, mailing address, telephone, email).

3) Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone, and email address.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accepting service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

4) Repeat Infringers

Where applicable, we may suspend or terminate access for users deemed repeat infringers.

5) Important Notes

  • Submitting false claims may result in legal liability.
  • Listings may reference or deliver files via trusted cloud services; valid notices will be honored for materials accessible through our platform.
  • We aim to respond within a short timeframe after receiving a complete notice.
